Dear clients,
We would like to inform you about the cancellation policy for missed appointments. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled therapy session, a cancellation fee of 100% of the planned therapy price will be charged. Unfortunately, within a shorter time frame, we are unable to rebook the reserved slot.
The cancellation is considered valid from the moment of the phone call, SMS cancellation to the number 776 811 357, or email notification.
The cancellation fee will be charged during the next visit or based on an issued invoice. No cancellation fee will be applied if the client was unable to receive the scheduled services for serious reasons (hospitalization, injury, illness).
